1. Ensure the update and implementation of company guidelines in the HSE area within the Textile Division.
2. Monitor applicable HSE regulations and disseminate company directives and worker information and training programs.
3. Collaborate in mapping processes and drafting and implementing procedures and instructions in the HSE field, ensuring uniformity of approach.
4. Ensure the correct application and monitoring of legal provisions on Health, Safety, and the Environment.
5. Collaborate in the application and maintenance of the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
6. Promote the maintenance of plants, machines, and work equipment to ensure safe and healthy conditions for workers.
7. Verify workplace compliance with health, safety, ergonomics, accessibility, fire safety, and evacuation requirements.
8. Conduct accident and injury analysis and suggest improvements to prevent accidents, promoting a culture of safety.
9. Conduct audits and inspections at production plants, identify non-compliance with regulations, and develop and monitor improvement plans.
10. Coordinate and support the HSE Manager on management control for the HSE Budget.

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
4. Professional certifications such as ASPP is a plus.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Experience with HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is desirable.
6. Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.

A minimum of 3 years in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
