1. Ensure the update and implementation of company guidelines in the HSE area within the Textile Division.
2. Monitor applicable regulations in the HSE area and ensure proper dissemination of company directives and worker information and training programs.
3. Collaborate in mapping processes and drafting and implementing procedures and instructions in the HSE field, ensuring uniformity of approach.
4. Ensure correct application and monitoring of legal provisions on Health, Safety, and the Environment.
5. Collaborate in the application and maintenance of the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
6. Promote the correct and continuous maintenance of plants, machines, and work equipment to create and maintain safe and healthy conditions for workers.
7. Verify the state of the workplaces and their compliance with health, safety, ergonomics, accessibility requirements, as well as compliance with fire safety and evacuation requirements.
8. Conduct analysis of accidents and injuries, suggesting necessary improvements to prevent the causes of accidents, while promoting the dissemination of the culture of Safety.
9. Conduct audits and inspections at production plants, detecting any non-compliance with regulations and developing and monitoring appropriate improvement plans.
10. Coordinate and support the HSE Manager on management control for the HSE Budget.

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
4. Professional certifications such as ASPP is a plus.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Experience with HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is desirable.
6. Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.

A minimum of 3 years in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
