Loro Piana HR Textile Specialist

1. Support end‑to‑end recruitment for internships and junior positions: pre‑screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews and maintain the hiring pipeline to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
2. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to align on talent sourcing and selection processes.
3. Draft and prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding paperwork under HR Manager supervision.
4. Support daily HR operations: respond to employee inquiries, administer HR systems and contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects.
5. Organise and coordinate training activities (Health & Safety, language courses and technical trainings).
6. Manage and update the company’s HR IT systems (People Doc, Successfactor, LVMH Talent) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Sciences or equivalent; coursework with an HR focus is an advantage.
2. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office — strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Demonstrable attention to detail, problem‑solving aptitude, teamwork orientation and flexibility.
5. Customer‑centric communication skills with a focus on candidate and employee experience.
