1. Assist in recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, managing candidate journeys, and compiling recruitment reports.
2. Analyze HR metrics and trends, focusing on optimizing existing reports and developing new ones.
3. Participate actively in the budgeting process to identify and collect full-time equivalent (FTE) needs and analyze cost elements.
4. Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or a related field.
2. Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline management skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented attitude and flexibility.
5. Passion for the luxury industry.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields.

Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or similar.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
