Loro Piana HR Management Intern

- Assist in recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, managing candidate journeys, and compiling recruitment reports.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, focusing on optimizing existing reports and developing new ones.
- Participate actively in the budgeting process to identify and collect full-time equivalent (FTE) needs and analyze cost elements.
- Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude and flexibility.
- Passion for the luxury industry.
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields.
Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or similar.
Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
Includes ticket restaurant vouchers.
