1. Assist in recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, managing candidate journeys, and following up on applications.
2. Analyze HR metrics and trends to optimize existing reports and develop new ones.
3. Participate actively in the budgeting process to identify and collect Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) needs and analyze cost elements.
4. Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or a related field.

1. Proficient IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities, precision, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
5. A strong passion for the luxury fashion industry.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.

Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or similar.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
