1. Assist in the management of recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications through a dedicated platform.
2. Maintain and update candidate application statuses via Excel reports.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, and database management.
5. Monitor the distribution of internships across various locations and departments.
6. Manage SAP HR processes, including hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
4. Teamwork attitude and flexibility.
5. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
