- Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, and managing candidate communications through a dedicated platform.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates' application statuses.
- Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
- Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, and monitoring internship distribution across various locations and departments.
- Oversee the onboarding process for internships and track tutor feedback.
- Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
- Team-working attitude and flexibility.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- A strong passion for the luxury industry.
Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields.
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or similar.
Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
