1. Assist in recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, and managing candidate communications via a dedicated platform.
2. Maintain accurate records of candidates' application statuses.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, and database management.
5. Monitor the distribution of internships across various locations and departments.
6. Facilitate the onboarding process for interns and track feedback from tutors.
7. Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Teamwork orientation and flexibility.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
6. A strong passion for the luxury industry.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or similar.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
