1. Assist in recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, and coordinating candidate communications through a dedicated platform.
2. Maintain accurate records of candidates' application statuses.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, and monitoring internship distribution across locations and departments.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for interns and track feedback from tutors.
6. Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities, precision, attention to detail, team-working attitude, and flexibility.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
5. A strong passion for the luxury industry.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their HR career.

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or similar.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.

The position offers a monthly gross compensation of 800€ and includes meal vouchers.
