1. Assist in recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job descriptions, CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, and coordinating candidate follow-ups using a dedicated platform.
2. Maintain accurate records of candidates' application statuses.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, such as evaluation forms, recruiting reports, and database management.
5. Monitor the distribution of internships across various locations and departments.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for internships and track feedback from tutors.
7. Coordinate HRIS processes including hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
4. Team-working attitude and flexibility.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
6. A strong passion for the luxury industry.

Beginner level experience in HR-related activities is required.

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or similar.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
