1. Assist in recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job descriptions, CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, and managing candidate follow-up using a dedicated platform.
2. Monitor and update the status of candidate applications.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, and monitoring internship distribution across various locations and departments.
5. Oversee the onboarding process for interns and maintain records of tutor feedback.
6. Coordinate HRIS processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Team-working attitude and flexibility.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
6. Passion for the luxury fashion industry.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
