- Support the Division's HSE Manager/RSPP in assessing health and safety risks, collaborating with technical figures.
- Ensure constant analysis and monitoring of production processes and work environments, complying with technical and administrative requirements.
- Guarantee the correct application of health, safety, and environmental laws, coordinating safety officers.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement procedures and operational instructions.
- Coordinate external consultants on risk assessment and fire safety issues.
- Support company management in evaluating interference risks and verify the technical-professional suitability of contractors.
- Coordinate fire safety compliance and participate in project teams for new initiatives.
- Provide technical support to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager for workplace and fire safety.
- Collaborate with the HSE Manager/RSPP for continuous improvement in loss prevention and control.
- Participate in identifying specific training needs in health and safety and represent the company in dealings with regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate in the adoption of the LVMH Group's SGSL project (UNI ISO 45001 standard).
- Degree in technical disciplines, preferably in Environmental/Management Engineering.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HSE coordination in multinational environments, HSE auditing, or strategic consulting in HSE.
- Knowledge of sector regulations and quality, safety, environment, and social responsibility management systems.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work towards objectives.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills.
- Outstanding relational skills and ability to interact across various company areas.
- Proficiency in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
Degree in Environmental/Management Engineering or related technical discipline.
