1. Oversee the entire production process, from material sourcing and cutting to assembly, finishing, and packaging.
2. Lead product industrialization and supervise external manufacturers, ensuring qualitative and quantitative output and adherence to production budget and schedule.
3. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation in manufacturing processes and materials.
6. Collaborate with the Product team to scout new external manufacturers and production methods, aiming to elevate quality and optimize costs and resources.
7. Manage budgets and resources allocated to the RTW department.
8. Foster strong relationships with suppliers.
9. Monitor industry trends and developments in RTW manufacturing technology.
10. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the production process.
11. Stay up to date on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.

1. 15+ years of experience in luxury manufacturing, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.
2. Demonstrated project management experience.
3. People management and development skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.
