1. Update the collection launch plan and 360 retail marketing activation plan periodically.
2. Track and monitor sales campaign calendars, including a global marketing activities calendar.
3. Conduct data analysis to measure the results of past and ongoing launch plans.
4. Edit and update internal marketing and sales documents.
5. Perform back office activities and provide overall support to the function and related stakeholders.
6. Assist in coordinating activities by collaborating with central functions such as Corporate Marketing, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising, Product, and Events, as well as with regional teams.

1. University degree from a business school, preferably in Management or Economics.

1. Ability to work in a project-based environment and understand correlations.
2. Problem-solving skills for various scenarios.
3. Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Effective listening and team-working abilities.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

No prior professional experience is required, but a foundational understanding of marketing principles is advantageous.

University degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.
