Loro Piana Financial Statement Manager

1. Oversee general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accurate records and processing of routine and non-routine journal entries.
2. Collaborate with the Finance Governance and Transformation function to enhance the efficiency of general accounting processes through optimization and automation.
3. Manage the intercompany reconciliation process with both domestic and international subsidiaries, liaising closely with subsidiary finance departments.
4. Analyze and review financial statement line items for Italian companies within the group.
5. Define and implement accounting processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
6. Prepare and finalize annual financial statements and related notes in accordance with Italian GAAP, and monthly IFRS reporting packages for Loro Piana SpA and its Italian subsidiaries.
7. Calculate and manage the provision for income taxes.
8. Manage legally required fiscal records, including general ledger, VAT ledger, and fixed asset register.
9. Partner with the Tax function to support the preparation of tax returns, including VAT, UNICO, Form 770, single certification, and "spesometro."

1. Strong knowledge of OIC and IFRS accounting principles.
2. Experience with SAP; HFM experience is a plus.
3. Experience as an auditor in a Big Four firm is advantageous.
4. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial statement management, with a preference for candidates with Big Four auditing experience.
