1. Oversee general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accurate records and processing of journal entries.
2. Collaborate with Finance Governance and Transformation to enhance general accounting processes.
3. Manage intercompany reconciliation with domestic and international subsidiaries.
4. Analyze and review financial statement line items for Italian companies within the group.
5. Define and implement accounting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
6. Prepare and finalize annual financial statements in accordance with Italian GAAP and monthly IFRS reporting packages.
7. Calculate and manage the provision for income taxes.
8. Manage legally required fiscal records, including general ledger and VAT ledger.
9. Partner with the Tax function to support the preparation of tax returns.

1. Strong knowledge of OIC and IFRS accounting principles.
2. Experience as an auditor in a Big Four firm is considered a plus.

1. Proficiency in SAP, with HFM as a plus.
2. Solid analytical skills for interpreting financial statements.
3. Interest in utilizing systems, RPA, and AI in Finance Transformation processes.
4. Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach.
5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
6. Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
