1. Conduct financial analysis, including P&L analysis, P&L Flow Through, retail KPI analysis, and provide business commentary.
2. Analyze profitability by store, channel, and market.
3. Perform P&L simulations, including 'what if' scenarios and preliminary forecasts/budgets.
4. Conduct transfer pricing analysis.
5. Analyze gross margin at both regional and consolidated levels.
6. Perform Opex analysis.
7. Serve as the point of contact for subsidiaries.
8. Provide functional support in management accounting governance.
9. Support the development of the divisional 5-year strategic plan and assess other financial planning processes such as budgeting and forecasting.
10. Potential involvement in capex analysis and payback analysis.
11. Ensure continuous data quality to maintain the correctness and comparability of databases, reports, and analyses.

1. Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling and/or planning roles.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Professional knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and SAP FI/CO.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in controlling and/or planning roles.

Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
