1. Oversee daily e-commerce orders using SAP Hybris, including managing refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and customer-specific requests.
2. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in collaboration with retail stores and handle stock reallocation for returned items.
3. Provide customer service support by managing cases and live chats in Salesforce Service Cloud, and follow up on orders, returns, exchanges, and delivery status.
4. Manage e-commerce packaging, order e-commerce packages, and oversee shipment processes.
5. Collaborate with the HQ e-commerce operation team to provide insights and monitor Korean translations on the website.
6. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution for SFCC migration and bug resolution.
7. Manage marketing assets and product images to ensure accurate online representation.
8. Process and manage expenses related to KCP, call centers, and agency fees.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail.

1. Proficiency in English and Korean, both spoken and written.
2. Strong interest in e-commerce backend systems and understanding of system flows.
3. Proficiency in Excel with the ability to apply skills in diverse real-world situations.

Beginner level experience in e-commerce or retail, ideally 1-2 years.

Associate degree or higher in fashion/apparel design, business, or related fields.
