- Support the E-Commerce North America team across key functions including E-Commerce Merchandising, Performance Media, Guest Services, and Operations.
- Maintain and organize the E-Commerce North America Activation Calendar.
- Create trackers for monitoring performance across new product launches, client outreach campaigns, store operations, transfers, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain templates for internal E-Commerce Bulletins.
- Assist in the creation of Clienteling Templates and Campaigns.
- Support the Guest Services Team with operational requirements such as order handling, warehouse returns, and inventory management.
- Manage Guest Delighting opportunities in collaboration with Guest Services.
- Create and develop a competitive brand monthly e-commerce activation report to understand the latest Digital & E-Commerce developments in the industry.
- Conduct Ad Hoc Analysis for E-Commerce site performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed.
- Monitor Global, US, and Canada site updates and developments, providing feedback to North America and HQ teams.
- Respond to Ad Hoc team and client requests as needed.
- Strong understanding of the digital space, particularly in e-commerce, user experience, delivery experience, retail trends, and digital media.
- Affinity for luxury, fashion, and leather goods, with knowledge of recent and long-term trends in the category.
- Experience managing and working with third-party digital marketing partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and the ability to present information succinctly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and analyses using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, understanding and interpreting key performance indicators, and deep knowledge of Google Analytics or other site analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of CRM, email, and client segmentation analysis.
- Positive, collaborative, hands-on, and energetic attitude.
Beginner level experience in e-commerce or related fields.
Loro Piana offers a market-competitive pay structure with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The published salary range is $20 USD per hour, subject to adjustments based on individual qualifications.
