E-Commerce Intern

1. Support E-Commerce North America team across key functions: E-Commerce Merchandising, Performance Media, Guest Services, and Operations
2. Maintain and organize the E-Commerce North America Activation Calendar
3. Create trackers for monitoring performance across new product launches, client outreach campaigns, store operations, transfers, and performance marketing campaigns
4. Create and maintain templates for internal E-Commerce Bulletins
5. Support creation of Clienteling Templates and Campaigns
6. Support Guest Services Team with operational requirements from order handling, warehouse returns, and inventory
7. Manage Guest Delighting opportunities by partnering with Guest Services
8. Create and develop a competitive brand monthly e-commerce activation report
9. Run Ad Hoc Analysis for latest E-Commerce site performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed
10. Monitor Global, US, and Canada site updates and developments and provide feedback to North America and HQ teams
11. React to Ad Hoc team and client requests as needed

1. Strong understanding of the digital space with respect to e-commerce, user experience, delivery experience, retail trends, and digital media
2. Affinity for luxury, fashion, and leather goods, with knowledge of recent and longer-term trends in the category
3. Experience managing and working with third-party digital marketing partners
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting skills
5. Good client and customer-facing manner and approach
6. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
7. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Google Analytics or other site analytics platforms
8. Good understanding of CRM, email, and client segmentation analysis
9. Positive, collaborative, hands-on, and energetic attitude

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide market-competitive pay, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The published salary range is $20 USD per hour.
