- Manage the overall eCommerce business operations, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment through the Order Management System on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Oversee eCommerce Profit and Loss and budgeting, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and support sales performance.
- Provide insights and business strategies to meet revenue goals, protect brand integrity, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Propose omnichannel actions to support online business growth and total business development.
- Coordinate procurement and management of seasonal special packaging to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta, Naver, and Kakao.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on trends and sales performance.
- Oversee website management, ensuring seasonal updates align with product assortments and marketing campaigns.
- Review website analytics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Work with external agencies to address customer inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, and HQ teams for cohesive brand messaging and a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce operations and performance marketing in a B2C environment, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online sales channels.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations and performance marketing, ideally within the luxury retail or fashion sector.
