1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve and surpass sales targets through the implementation of the Selling Galateo and operational standards.
2. Ensure exceptional customer relationship management and satisfaction, coordinating the store team and adhering to guidelines set by the Store Manager.
3. Provide a superior customer experience, holding the team accountable and liaising with the Retail/Area Manager.
4. Support the Private Client Relations Manager in developing and monitoring clienteling activities.
5. Foster team cohesion and ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
6. Assist in setting and monitoring quantitative and qualitative goals for the team.
7. Identify and implement appropriate learning and development activities for the sales team.
8. Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and security protocols.
9. Oversee administrative tasks and ensure proper execution of store procedures.
10. Supervise stock level activities and resolve issues as needed.
11. Support annual closure activities, category flash inventories, and fiscal annual inventory.
