1. Maintain the permanent reorder and allocation database, ensuring accurate tracking files.
2. Monitor delivery plans to identify delays and implement corrective actions, updating related files as necessary.
3. Create re-orders in the ROL system.
4. Download and update predefined reports for sales monitoring against targets.
5. Consolidate data from various functions, such as regional forecasts, and prepare presentations for management meetings.

1. Master's Degree in Management Engineering or related field.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

1. Strong analytical skills with a propensity for planning and reporting.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Business Objects is a plus.
3. Sensitivity to luxury products.
4. Precision, proactivity, flexibility, and teamwork.
5. Effective communication skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Gross Monthly Compensation: 800€

Includes ticket restaurant and a gross monthly compensation of 800€.
