1. Develop and support worldwide demand and inventory management projects to optimize stock management processes and flows.
2. Analyze demand deeply, identifying trends, seasonality, and factors impacting demand fluctuations.
3. Consolidate forecasts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Provide KPI reporting and monitoring, proposing corrective actions to improve results.
5. Ensure optimum worldwide omnichannel stock distribution with the support of regional teams, monitor KPIs, and provide guidance and corrective actions.
6. Provide continuous training, support, and workflow improvement to regional offices, sharing best practices and HQ guidelines.
7. Prepare executive summaries and reporting deliveries for the entire company and corporate management.
8. Collaborate closely with other supply chain functions to ensure an efficient flow of materials and finished products.
9. Promote continuous information exchange between supply chain functions and other company functions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
10. Collaborate with IT and relevant company functions for the refinement of planning processes and the development of IT tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Proficiency in English.

At least 3 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
