1. Assist the Customer Intelligence team in ensuring client data quality, extraction, and transformation, while adjusting, reviewing, and monitoring client KPIs and metrics.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear and reliable client metrics and insights.
3. Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide analyses through advanced analytics and statistical methods.
4. Test and review client dashboards, participate in enhancements, and identify potential improvements.
5. Proactively suggest and build ad-hoc analyses to enhance client knowledge and identify potential areas for improvement in data management and reporting.
6. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance client strategies and engagement activities.

1. Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, preferably with a business background.
2. 1 year of experience in data science or a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

1. Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Ability to synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into clear, concise communications suited to various audiences.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Curiosity, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.

1 year of experience in data science or a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
