Data Scientist

1. Ensure the consistency and quality of data to secure the reliability of client analysis, algorithms, and tools, working closely with IT team and external suppliers.
2. Handle daily operations regarding data management, including data quality, client KPIs/metrics integration or adjustments, and implementation of predictive algorithms and big data projects.
3. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and reliable client metrics/KPIs and key insights.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns to share with Top Management, Retail, Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling using Dataiku, GCP, and Power BI.
5. Combine different datasets and question the database to find relevant insights and opportunities for business growth, translating analysis into possible actions and representing key findings effectively.
6. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to improve client strategies and engagement activities.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science or data analysis field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.), possibly with a business background.
2. Proven experience in data science or a similar role, possibly in luxury/fashion/retail industry.

1. Proficient in data tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, Python.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
3. Ability to synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into compelling communications that are clear, concise, and suited to a variety of audiences.
4. Proficient English (both spoken and written).
5. Curiosity, flexibility, problem-solving demeanor, and ability to work in a team.
6. Passion for luxury/fashion.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
