1. Ensure data consistency and quality to secure the reliability of client analysis, algorithms, and tools, collaborating closely with the IT team and external suppliers.
2. Manage daily operations related to data management, including data quality, client KPIs/metrics integration or adjustments, and implementation of predictive algorithms and big data projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and reliable client metrics/KPIs and key insights.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns, sharing insights with Top Management, Retail, Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams using Dataiku, GCP, and Power BI.
5. Combine different datasets to uncover relevant insights and opportunities for business growth, translating analysis into actionable strategies and representing key findings visually.
6. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance client strategies and engagement activities.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science or data analysis fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, preferably with a business background.
2. Proven experience in data science or a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

1. Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Ability to synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into clear, concise communications suited to various audiences.
4. Passion for luxury and fashion.
5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
6. Curiosity, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science or data analysis fields.
