1. Ensure data consistency and quality to secure reliable client analysis and algorithms, collaborating closely with IT teams and external suppliers.
2. Manage daily data operations, including data quality, client KPIs integration, and the implementation of predictive algorithms and big data projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear client metrics and insights.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns, sharing findings with top management and various departments using tools like Dataiku, GCP, and Power BI.
5. Combine datasets to uncover insights and opportunities for business growth, translating analysis into actionable strategies and visually representing key findings.
6. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance client strategies and engagement activities.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, ideally with a business background.
2. Proven experience in data science or a similar role, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

1. Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Ability to synthesize complex analytics into clear, concise communications tailored to diverse audiences.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum of 3 years in data science or a related field, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion industry.

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
