1. Support the IT Team and CISO in activities related to new IT and digital projects.
2. Coordinate and oversee security test activities, including Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing, for the certification of new architectures and initiatives.
3. Manage the Bug Bounty program to ensure robust security measures.
4. Develop and update guidelines for secure development, infrastructure, and application hardening.
5. Coordinate the SOC Level 2 team to maintain optimal security operations.
6. Support CISO and service providers in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) management.
7. Conduct third-party vendor security assessments and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulations such as PCI, GDPR, MLPS, and PIPL.
8. Promote training activities in Security Development and Vulnerability Management processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience as a cyber defense systems administrator and Incident Handler.
4. Security Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC GISF, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in end-to-end Vulnerability Management processes and related industry standards.
2. Knowledge of application development life cycle and secure development methodologies.
3. Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow tools.
4. Understanding of Risk Assessment, Security Controls, and Data Protection.
5. Knowledge of communication networks and Network Security architectures.
6. Familiarity with Cloud architectures such as GCP, Azure, and SFDC.
7. Proficiency in scripting languages like Powershell, Javascript, or Perl, and programming languages like Python or Java.
8. Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
9. Ability to interact constructively and proactively with various stakeholders.
10. Flexibility, autonomy, and strong goal orientation.
11. Problem-solving skills, strategic vision, and stress resistance.

A minimum of 3 years in Cyber Security, with at least 1-2 years as a cyber defense systems administrator and Incident Handler.
