5. Prepare work for both internal departments and external subcontractors.
6. Monitor and visit subcontractors to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
7. Oversee the maintenance and operation of cutting machines and dies.
8. Address technical inquiries from artisans, subcontractors, and other departments.
9. Collaborate with internal production departments to resolve daily issues.
10. Engage with leather selectors and tanneries to enhance leather quality.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a cutting department, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
2. Experience in the luxury sector, working with high-quality leather and fine skins.

1. Excellent knowledge of leather materials.
2. Proficiency in operating cutting machines.
3. Understanding of various footwear production stages.
4. Strong decision-making and responsibility-taking abilities.
5. Effective communication and people management skills.
6. Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
7. Proficient in IT tools such as Excel and Outlook.

At least 10 years of experience in a cutting department, including 3 years in a similar managerial position.
