1. Processing and managing all CITES-related import and export documentation, including permits, certificates, and declarations.
2. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of CITES documentation and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
3. Providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders on CITES requirements.
4. Staying up-to-date on changes in CITES regulations and implementing necessary updates to internal procedures.
5. Collaborating closely with government agencies, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth and compliant trade operations.
6. Managing the increased workload associated with the recent expansion of pre-import activities.
7. Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes for CITES compliance.
8. Maintaining accurate records of all CITES-related transactions.
9. Providing support to other team members on CITES procedures.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Experience in customs compliance, with a specific focus on CITES regulations.
3. Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

At least 3 years of experience in customs compliance, specifically with CITES regulations.
