Loro Piana Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist

- Coordinate the development and operation of customs processes, including ERP implementation for export control and formalization of best practices.
- Conduct compliance analyses to ensure efficient customs operations and product conformity globally.
- Monitor and address critical export/import issues through preventive analysis and ad-hoc responses.
- Support compliance issues related to certifications such as CITES, COO, ATR, EUR1, and ATA/CPD carnets.
- Assist in master data management for customs and trade compliance, focusing on simplification and new openings.
- Aid the Finance team in managing TP Adjustments globally.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for Industrial Controlling and Legal functions, including duty planning and compliance procedures.
- Manage SABER compliance for the Saudi market.
- Coordinate customs activities related to EUDR regulations with the Sustainability team.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs and Trade Compliance
- In-depth understanding of customs requirements and global trade compliance regulations
- Proven ability to interpret worldwide customs and trade compliance regulations
- Experience in engaging with relevant authorities in Italy and internationally
- Proven track record in maintaining and implementing customs and trade compliance standards
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs and Trade Compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or a related field.
