Loro Piana Customer Support Specialist

- Facilitate continuous and structured collaboration with product development, planning, and quality teams to ensure effective communication with clients regarding all order-related matters.
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of customer orders, from receipt and entry to shipment and invoicing.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales network in preparing offers, quotes, product availability, and handling technical or commercial inquiries.
- Monitor order progress and delivery control, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company processes.
- Oversee shipments and related documentation in collaboration with the shipping department.
- Supervise technical and commercial documentation and update information systems.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts, revenue estimates, and budget-supporting documentation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial back office, customer service, or sales administration roles.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Background in the textile or fashion sector is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and complex activities independently.
- Proficiency in key IT and management tools (ERP, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-oriented approach.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and reliability.
Minimum of 3 years in relevant roles.
