Loro Piana Customer Service Specialist

- Facilitate continuous and structured collaboration with product development, planning, and quality teams to ensure effective communication with clients regarding all order-related matters.
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of customer orders, from receipt and entry to shipment and invoicing.
- Provide constant support to the sales network in preparing offers, quotes, product availability, and handling technical or commercial inquiries.
- Monitor order progress and delivery control, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company processes.
- Oversee shipments and related documentation in collaboration with the shipping department.
- Supervise technical and commercial documentation and update information systems.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, revenue estimates, and budget support documentation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial back office, customer service, or sales administration roles.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and complex tasks independently.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the textile or fashion sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and reliability.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales administration.
