4. Perform data entry, document archiving and administrative tasks to maintain customer records.
5. Handle invoicing, confirmations and statement processing as required.
6. Assist with customer refunds, exchanges and post-sale follow-up in collaboration with the team.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or Communications.
2. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
