- Support the team in managing all orders and data entry operations.
- Handle invoices, statements, and confirmations.
- Assist the team with customer refund or exchange requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience in a related field.
