- Manage customer requests and support the team in handling all orders.
- Assist the team with data entry and filing operations.
- Handle invoices, statements, and confirmations.
- Support the team in processing customer refund or exchange requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
