1. Develop specific skills in customer service by proactively identifying and addressing customer requests.
2. Handle all customer inquiries, suggesting possible solutions and providing information on Loro Piana products, services, and policies.
3. Manage customer requests and support the team in handling all orders.
4. Assist the team with data entry and filing operations.
5. Handle invoices, statements, and confirmations.
6. Support the team in processing customer refund or exchange requests.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication.

Gross monthly compensation: €800.
