1. Assist in identifying guests and VICs for targeted initiatives.
2. Support the organization and execution of VIC events and delighting initiatives.
3. Contribute to the creation of key CRM reports to monitor retail performance.
4. Aid in the development of acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.
6. Assist stores with weekly VIC gifting fulfillment.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curiosity and self-motivation.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a quantitative field is preferred.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
