1. Support the identification of guests and Very Important Clients (VICs) for targeted initiatives.
2. Assist in organizing and executing VIC events and delighting initiatives.
3. Contribute to the development of key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance.
4. Aid in the implementation of acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database.
5. Assist with store training on CRM and VIC topics.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curious, self-motivated thinker.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those starting their career.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a quantitative field is preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive market salary with flexibility, starting at $20.00 USD per hour.
