1. Assist in identifying guests and Very Important Clients (VICs) for targeted initiatives.
2. Participate in the organization and execution of VIC events and delighting initiatives.
3. Contribute to the development of key CRM reports for insights and retail performance monitoring.
4. Support strategies for client database acquisition and retention.
5. Assist with store training on CRM and VIC topics.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curiosity and self-motivation.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a quantitative field is preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary, with flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure. The published salary range is $20.00 USD per hour, though exceptions may apply.
