1. Identify guests and VICs for targeted initiatives.
2. Organize and assist in the execution of VIC events and delighting initiatives.
3. Build CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance.
4. Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database.
5. Conduct store trainings on CRM and VIC topics.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curious, self-motivated thinker.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred.
