1. Identify guests and Very Important Clients (VICs) for targeted initiatives.
2. Organize and assist in the execution of VIC events and delighting initiatives.
3. Build key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance.
4. Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database.
5. Conduct store trainings on CRM and VIC topics.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curious, self-motivated thinker.

Beginner level experience required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in relevant fields is preferred.

Loro Piana offers a market-competitive pay with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The salary range is $20.00 USD per hour, with potential for adjustment based on qualifications.
