1. Develop and implement CRM strategies in alignment with business objectives.
2. Utilize advanced analytics to identify customer trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Lead personalization efforts across all customer touchpoints.
4. Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to engage and convert customers.
5. Manage CRM software and ensure optimal performance and integration.
6. Provide regular reports and analysis on CRM performance metrics.
7. Prepare and deliver client communications in collaboration with the Retail Team.
8. Organize client actions such as gifts and in-store services based on the client action plan.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM within the luxury or high-end retail industry.
3. Proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
4. Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with team members.
