1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM within the luxury or high-end retail industry.

1. Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
4. Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively.
5. Creative mindset and result-oriented approach.

Minimum of 5 years in CRM or customer relationship management within the luxury or high-end retail industry.
