1. Support internal stakeholders in defining targeting criteria for Clienteling campaigns and collaborate with regional representatives to finalize targets, ensuring alignment with contact strategy and enhanced efficiency.
2. Brief internal stakeholders on asset production for Clienteling campaigns, ensuring content and copy reflect brand identity and campaign objectives, aiding Client Advisors in customer communication.
3. Ensure accurate production and timely upload of target lists and all assets (content and script templates) in the Clienteling App, directed to the appropriate stores.
4. Monitor Clienteling campaign performance and liaise with regional representatives to ensure correct process execution and tracking.
5. Facilitate interactions with internal and external suppliers managing the Clienteling App, Salesforce, and reporting dashboard implementations to guarantee seamless operational processes.

1. Master's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

1. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Problem-solving skills, precision, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
5. A strong passion for the luxury fashion industry.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideal for recent graduates or students nearing completion of their studies.

Gross Monthly Compensation: 800€

The role offers a gross monthly compensation of 800€ and includes meal vouchers (ticket restaurant).
