- Support the VP of Retail and Corporate Retail team by providing comprehensive and actionable analyses to drive business priorities.
- Collaborate with the Director of VIC to provide necessary analyses to achieve VIC targets and strategies.
- Continuously adapt and enhance clienteling best practices within the retail network.
- Lead CRM initiatives from requirement definition to deployment and performance analysis.
- Drive key KPIs related to client acquisition, migration, and retention.
- Lead the Go-To-Market Strategy, including the development of briefs for key launches to ensure seamless execution across corporate teams and retail.
- Create and update the Go-To-Market calendar, focusing on activating major brand moments and high traffic drivers in each market.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Background in luxury or retail preferred.
- Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of precision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Curious, self-motivated thinker.
- Problem-solving attitude.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CRM and market strategy, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.
Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
