1. Support the VP of Retail and Corporate Retail team by providing comprehensive and actionable analyses to drive business priorities.
2. Collaborate with the Director of VIC to provide necessary analyses to achieve VIC targets and strategies.
3. Continuously adapt and enhance clienteling best practices within the retail network.
4. Lead CRM initiatives from requirement definition to deployment and performance analysis.
5. Drive key KPIs related to client acquisition, migration, and retention.
6. Lead the Go-To-Market Strategy, including the development of briefs for key launches to ensure seamless execution across corporate teams and retail.
7. Create and update the Go-To-Market calendar, focusing on activating major brand moments and high traffic drivers in each market.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Background in luxury or retail preferred.
3. Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curious, self-motivated thinker.
6. Problem-solving attitude.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CRM and market strategy, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.

Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
