1. Support the VP of Retail and Corporate Retail team by providing comprehensive and actionable analyses to drive business priorities.
2. Collaborate with the Director of VIC to deliver necessary analyses to achieve VIC targets and strategies.
3. Enhance and refine clienteling best practices within the retail network.
4. Lead end-to-end CRM initiatives from requirement definition to deployment and performance analysis.
5. Drive key KPIs related to client acquisition, migration, and retention.
6. Oversee the Go-To-Market Strategy, including the creation of briefs for key launches to ensure seamless execution across corporate teams and retail.
7. Develop and update the Go-To-Market calendar, focusing on activating major brand moments and high traffic drivers in each market.

1. Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.
2. Background in luxury or retail is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Curious, self-motivated thinker.
6. Problem-solving attitude.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or retail.

Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred.

The salary range is $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
