1. Support the VP of Retail and Corporate Retail team by providing comprehensive and actionable analyses to drive business priorities.
2. Collaborate with the Director of VIC to deliver necessary analyses to achieve VIC targets and strategies.
3. Enhance and refine clienteling best practices within the retail network.
4. Provide end-to-end leadership of CRM initiatives, from requirement definition to deployment and performance analysis.
5. Drive key KPIs related to client acquisition, migration, and retention.
6. Lead the Go-To-Market Strategy, including creating briefs for all key launches to ensure seamless execution across corporate and retail teams.
7. Develop and update the Go-To-Market calendar, focusing on activating major brand moments and high traffic drivers in each market.

1. More than 8 years of work experience, preferably in luxury or retail.
2. Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, or data science is preferred.

2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.

6. Problem-solving attitude.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred.
