1. Learn and apply the HS Code (Harmonized System Code) assignment methodology, monitoring these codes and assisting the Logistics team in their assignment and customs reclassification.
2. Oversee testing activities and manage the progress of related documentation.
3. Verify, manage, and archive documentation from chemical laboratories, focusing on test reports for raw material compliance.
4. Coordinate with customs authorities to resolve logistical issues.
5. Perform data entry into ProJ and SAP systems.

1. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of legal principles.

1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Familiarity with ProJ and SAP systems is advantageous.

Previous experience in compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.
