1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Color Specialist with luxury and exotic leathers.
2. In-depth knowledge of luxury handbag coloring techniques for both women's and men's segments.
3. Expertise in handling and working with exotic leathers, particularly crocodile.
4. Comprehensive understanding of leather goods materials and products.
5. Familiarity with color application machinery.

1. Excellent relational and teamwork skills.
2. Ability to impart knowledge to trainees.
3. High level of precision and responsibility.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in coloring luxury and exotic leathers.
