1. Support the Collection Merchandising team by preparing reports and presentations.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data for Retail, Wholesale, and Franchising channels.
4. Evaluate data related to the composition of the collection offer and purchasing.
5. Assist the team during the pricing phase of the collection.

1. Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Italian and English, with proficiency in a third language considered an advantage.

1. Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong interest in fashion, trends, retail markets, and brand strategies.
3. Problem-solving skills, precision, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or similar.
